Oseland | McNabb is the partnership of Alexandria Oseland and Keith McNabb. We represent buyers and sellers in the Wood River Valley and serve as Managing Partners and Directors at The Agency Sun Valley.
Our connection to mountain life began in the Pacific Northwest. We both grew up skiing Crystal Mountain and racing with Crystal Mountain Alpine Club (CMAC). Racing brought us to Sun Valley throughout our younger years, building a connection to this place long before we made it home.
Years later, we packed our camper van for a season on the road. With Epic and Ikon passes, we explored more than 20 ski resorts, getting to know the communities around them. We went on to invest in Salt Lake City, spending our ski days at Alta and Snowbird, and in Bear Lake, Idaho, drawn to lake life and backcountry recreation. Each chapter gave us a different perspective on what makes a mountain home work.
Sun Valley brought those experiences together with family roots in the valley. We found a welcoming, curious community and a way of life we wanted year-round: skiing and Nordic trails in winter, biking and golf in summer, and time on the water and in the Sawtooths. The mountains drew us here. The people made it home.
